About Contract Management Solutions

CMS was launched in May 2000 as a division of Dahl Consulting. CMS is a MWBE business.

The mission of CMS is to assist businesses with the acquisition and management of contract resources. Our services are designed to adapt to our clients' needs, offer opportunities for our employees, and maintain profitable growth.

Business Development Team
Every client is assigned to a member of our Business Development Team. We will help you determine the blend of CMS services that is right for your business, analyze your current processes, and recommend solutions that will fit both your needs and your budget.

Client Services Manager
For each client, CMS employs an on-site manager to implement and maintain the CMS processes at the client site. Depending on the needs of the client, the Client Services Manager may also set and negotiate consultant rates with vendors, provide training, and assist the client with developing consultant requisitions. The on-site manager will also facilitate the Vendor Selection and Master Agreement aspects of the CMS service.

Account Analysts
Account Analysts work from CMS' office, and support the on-site Client Services Manager with billing, invoicing, vendor remittance and automated tool maintenance. The account analyst is also the vendors' primary point of contact for client-related questions or payment reconciliation.
